Questions, answered plainly.

What is the Grace Period?
Our favourite bit. After your site launches, any design tweak you want is changed free for 14 days, on every plan. Colours, photos, wording, layout details. Use the site in the real world for a couple of weeks, then we polish it to exactly how you want it.
How much does a website cost for a small business?
An upfront build fee plus one flat monthly amount that covers hosting, security and small updates. It’s far cheaper than a big agency and looks far better than a DIY builder. You get a fixed price before anything starts.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, security, backups and a small monthly allowance of content updates: price changes, new photos, opening hours, that sort of thing. It keeps your site fast, current and looked after without you lifting a finger.
What if I need more than my update allowance?
No problem. Anything bigger is quoted upfront and only starts once you say yes. You’ll never get a surprise invoice.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic straight away. Every plan gets a 14 day leeway window to sort it before the site is paused. Even then, we keep a full backup for 90 days, so nothing is lost.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is always yours, and so is everything you gave us: your photos and your logo. The design and code of the site itself are part of what your monthly plan pays for, so they stay with us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee.
