Is this the one?

Who this package is for.

Pick this if…

  • You’ve outgrown what a standard package covers
  • You want several add-ons and would rather have them bundled at a discount
  • Your business needs something the other packages don’t cover
  • You want priority support and a monthly locked in from day one

Why it’s good

Because no two bigger builds are the same, this one isn’t squeezed into a fixed price. You tell us what the business needs, we scope it together, and you get one fixed quote covering the lot. Add-ons that would be priced one by one on other packages get bundled here at a discount, so Scale usually works out cheaper than stacking extras onto Full Website. And every Scale client gets priority support: your requests jump the queue, every time, with a monthly that’s locked in from the quote.

The detail

Exactly what you get.

The build (upfront fee)

  • Everything in the Full Website package
  • As many pages as your business needs
  • Any add-ons folded into the build, bundled at a discount
  • Anything else the quote covers: it’s scoped to your business, not a template
  • Everything loaded in and working for launch
  • A walkthrough so you’re comfortable running it day to day

Your monthly plan covers

  • Hosting, SSL certificate and daily backups
  • Security and software updates across everything in your build
  • Uptime monitoring
  • A content update allowance agreed as part of your quote, locked in at your monthly
  • Priority support: Scale clients jump the queue, every time

How the update allowance works (the fair bit)

Your plan includes a set monthly allowance for content updates: things like price changes, new photos, opening hours, menu tweaks or adding a review.

Anything bigger, like a new page, a new feature or a redesign, is quoted upfront and only starts once you say yes. So you never get a surprise invoice, and the low monthly price stays low because it isn’t quietly paying for unlimited work.

No small print surprises

The honest bits, up front.

Not included (quoted upfront if you want it)

  • Payment processing fees, if your build takes payments. Those go to the processor on every transaction, not to us
  • Photography and writing very large content sets. Quoted based on volume
  • The day-to-day running of your business. The site does its job; the rest stays yours

The Grace Period

Every launch comes with a window where any design tweak you want is changed free. Use the site in the real world first, then we polish it to exactly how you want it.

  • 14 days of free design tweaks, on every plan
  • Colours, photos, wording, layout details: just say and it’s done
  • After that, tweaks come out of your monthly update allowance, or bigger jobs are quoted upfront

If a payment ever fails: the leeway window

Nothing dramatic happens straight away. Every plan gets a 14 day leeway window to sort it before the site is paused. Even then, we keep a full backup for 90 days, so nothing is lost. Sort the payment and it’s straight back on.

And if you ever want to leave

You can cancel with 30 days’ notice, no exit fee and no awkward conversation. Your domain is always yours, and so is everything you gave us: your photos and your logo.

The design and code of the site itself are part of what your monthly plan pays for, so they stay with Local Web Lab.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Why is this one a custom quote rather than a fixed price?
Because no two Scale builds are alike. You tell us what the business needs, we scope it together, and you get one fixed quote before anything starts. That’s the price, and your monthly is locked in with it.
How does the add-on discount work?
Add-ons are priced individually on Upgrade and Full Website. On Scale they’re folded into one build and quoted as a bundle, which comes out cheaper than adding them one by one.
What does priority support actually mean?
Your requests jump the queue, every time. Updates, fixes and questions from Scale clients get handled first, ahead of standard work.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, agreed as part of your quote and locked in from day one. It covers hosting, security, backups, your update allowance and priority support.
Do I still get the Grace Period?
Absolutely. 14 days of free design tweaks after launch, same as every package.
Can I start smaller and move to Scale later?
Yes, and plenty do. Start on Upgrade or Full Website, then move to a Scale quote when the business needs more. Nothing gets rebuilt.
